WANNA.B (워너비) was created by Zenith Media Contents in 2014 and most likely disbanded in 2019.

Story

Pre-debut 2014
The group’s pre-debut release was on November 17, 2014 with the single “My Type” that was relewsed in China only. The lineup consisted of Saebom, Jeibin, Yunseul and Jiwoo. In July 2015 Saebom, Jeibin and Yunseul left and several new members joined the group.

Debut 2015
They officially debuted with Attention on July 20, 2015. At the time of debut, the 6 member group consisted of Jiwoo, Sejin, Seoyoon, Siyoung, Ami & Eunsom.

1st Comeback 2015
On November 11, 2015 the group made their first comeback with their 2nd single titled Hands Up.

Lineup Changes & 2nd Comeback 2016
On April 6, 2016, Zenith Media Contents announced that member Seoyoon would be leaving the group due to back pain. In addition, the label added 2 new members: Roeun and Lina.

In November 2016, members Jiwoo & Siyoung decided to leave the group.

3rd Comeback 2016
The new line-up made their comeback on June 26, 2016, with their 3rd digital single “Why”.

Activities 2017
On May 6, 2017, Lina appeared on the South Korean show I Can See Your Voice 4 where she performed “Something” by Girl’s Day. Lina’s sister made a guest appearance to perform the song with her. On August 27, 2017, Lina and her sister Minah appeared on Happy Together.

News 2018
In July 2018 fans posted that former Kiss&Cry members and former Wanna.B member Jiwoo are to redebut in new group called “Destiny”.

Sejin Solo Debut 2019
Sejin had a solo debut with “Forget You” on Jan 2, 2019.

4th Comeback 2019
In February 2019 Wanna.B posted teaser images on their instagram accounts about a comeback release for their 4th digital single “LEGGO” on February 20th 2019 PM 12.00. The group promoted the single on several shows during March and April 2019.

News 2019 (assumed disband)
Zenith Media removed the artist information from their website in October 2019. Several members removed the Wanna.B label from their social media accounts or changed them completely. As Zenith already has quitely disbanded groups earlier, it is quite safe to assume that WANNA.B disbanded sometime between April 2019 and October 2019.
