MOVIES

This list simply shows some movies I have seen and what I think about them. It’s just my personal and unprofessional opinion and I tried to keep my ratings very simple and short. The stars rating reads like this:

0 Stars: Don’t look. Just don’t do it.

1 Star: Dreadful. I make better movies on my phone.

2 Stars: Moderate but not terrible. Has major weaknesses.

3 Stars: Solid entertainment. I can recommend it.

4 Stars: Great movie. Clearly stands out from the crowd.

5 Stars: Outstanding. A milestone in film history.

An average and ok fun movie, that’s neither boring nor outstanding would be 2.5, but I prefer to give full stars whenever possible. A 5 star movie is one in a thousand, you will almost never see that rating (same goes for 0 stars).

A spaceship carrying settlers to Mars is knocked off course, causing the consumption-obsessed passengers to consider their place in the universe.

My conclusion:
Abstract and tough art cinema about existential questions but not coming to any conclusions. It was a pain to finish.

Rating
3/5

A biologist signs up for a dangerous, secret expedition into a mysterious zone where the laws of nature don’t apply.

My conclusion:
Strange and terrifying, incomprehensible and depressing. The encounter of man with the unknown.

Sarah tries to start anew in LA, but her neighbours are not what they seem.

My conclusion:
Mediocre thriller and psychological horror, but nothing we haven’t seen already. Has tremendeous lengths.
